Grilled Lamb Chop

This is the beginning of 2014. The recipe that I would like to share is a Grilled Lamb Chop marinated with Shan powder. I find Shan's Lamb Chop powder is the best.

This is a simple and easy dish to cook. Other than Shan's powder, ingredients needed are as follows;

4 Lamb chops
One carrot (cut finger)
One potato (cut four)
One tomato (cut four)
One Capsicum (sliced)
One table spoon of Ghee
Aluminium foil

Steps:

Marinate lamb chop with Shan powder. Marinate with extra Shan powder if you want it to be spicy. Fry marinated chop with ghee for a minute or two.

Using aluminium foil, wrap all the ingredients together with fried chops. Put into a oven, and grilled for about 30 to 45 minutes. The oven temp should be around 140 to 160.

Seafood at Remaja Classic, Johor Bahru

Grilled Cockles RM6.00 (small)

We had an early dinner at Remaja Classic, near Bandar Baru Uda, Johor Bahru. It was nice and delicious. Oooh!! Cheap too...it only cost me RM39.00. I will definitely come back for more. We had Kerang Bakar (Grilled Cockles), Pari Bakar (Grilled Ray), Kailan Goreng (Kailan Stir Fry) and Seafood Tomyam. For drinks, I had Ice Tea and Barley for Anes.

Grilled Ray RM15.00 (small)

I am not a multitasking person and will never be one. I hate if I need to decide about where to eat especially while driving( its multitasking man!!)... hmmmm...this look like a decent place to eat, why not we try....got live band too (well, a group of teenagers trying to be a rockstar)....ya got my support..yeaahh!!

Seafood Tomyam RM6.00 (small)

Seafood Tomyam was very delicious. We had a small size Tomyam for only RM6.00.

Stirfry Kailan RM6.00 (small)

The best part was, we had our dinner on a beautiful gazebo.We will definitely come back again to try other choices on their menu. Ok, if anyone interested, the restaurant is located in front of Lembaga Hasil Building at Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru. Alternatively, click on the map link below;

Actually in Malaysia, the most famous curry fish is fish head curry. This is a dish where the head of an Ikan Merah, is semi-stewed in curry with vegetables such as okra and brinjals and usually served with rice. It is so delicious. If I have time, I will make one and post in Seleramalaysia.com.
